3.1. What is a QR Angel?

A QR Angel is a physical angel made of stainless steel with an individual QR code. It can be attached, for example, to a gravestone or memorial plaque. When scanned, the code leads directly to the associated memorial page on edolences.com.

3.2. Assign QR Angel

  1. Unpack the QR Angel.
  2. Scan the QR code on the angel.
  3. Log in and select the desired memorial page.
  4. Done! Your QR Angel is fully linked.
3.3. Check QR Angel
  • Scan the QR code with your smartphone camera or a QR app.
  • You will be automatically redirected to the corresponding memorial page.
  • If the QR code doesn't work, please check the assignment or contact our support.
3.4. Common problems & solutions
  • Wrong page is displayed: Check if the code has already been linked to another memorial page.
  • QR code doesn't work on the gravestone: Test the scan in good lighting. If the code is damaged, a replacement may be necessary.
3.5. Can I change the QR Angel later?
